Who I am
I help nonprofits and small businesses automate the repetitive work that takes up their teams' time, and I do it with the people in mind.
For more than 20 years I've worked across military service, corporate operations, nonprofit management, and entrepreneurship. I served in the U.S. Army, where I led operations and trained aviation crews in some of the most demanding conditions there are. That work taught me how much a team can accomplish when its systems are clear and its people are trusted.
At a medium-sized nonprofit with about $8 million in annual program revenue, I built automation tools that cut the time staff spent on repetitive work. When a process was automated, the people who had been doing it were moved into client-facing roles or roles that matched their long-term career goals. That served the organization's needs too, and no one was laid off.
Hooman Operations is how I bring that approach to other organizations. Automation should free your team for work that matters, and it should be planned with their input and their career goals in mind.
